    Sheet Metal Fabrication

From laser cutting to shearing and pug cutting — precision fabrication on plates from 0.8mm to 200mm thickness with ±0.05mm accuracy.

    Max thickness
    200mm
    Precision
    ±0.05mm
    Bed size
    12m × 3m
    Materials
    15+ alloys

Our sheet metal fabrication division handles everything from thin-gauge prototypes to heavy structural plate. With fiber laser cutting up to 25mm, CNC turret punching for high-volume hole-making, and gas cutting for plates up to 200mm thick, we deliver precision parts with minimal secondary finishing. All processes are backed by offline programming, nesting optimization, and first-article CMM verification.

    • Laser Cutting (25 mm) — ±0.05 mm
    • CNC Turret Punching
    • Metal Shearing (6 mm) — ±0.2 mm
    • Bandsaw Cutting — ±0.5 mm

    Capability 02

    Metal Bending

300-tonne CNC press brakes, 4-roll plate rolling, and multi-plane tube bending — any radius, any section, ±0.1° angular accuracy.

    Max press force
    300T
    Angular accuracy
    ±0.1°
    Plate thickness
    2–60mm
    Tube OD range
    12–114mm

Our metal bending department combines precision press braking with advanced rolling and tube bending capabilities. From tight-radius channel bending to large-diameter cylinder rolling (down to 300mm ID), we handle sections up to 4m length and plates up to 60mm thick. CNC back-gauges, laser angle feedback, and 3D offline programming ensure first-part approval every time.

    • CNC Press Brake (300 T × 4000 mm) — ±0.1°
    • CNC Rolling (3000 mm) — ±1 mm / metre

Our welding facility is equipped for both high-volume robotic welding and complex manual fabrication. With ASME IX and ISO 9606 certified welders, we handle everything from thin-wall stainless (0.5mm) to heavy structural sections. Pulse MIG, AC/DC TIG, orbital welding, and 6kW fiber laser welding give us the flexibility to join any material combination with minimal distortion and full traceability.

    • MIG / MAG Welding
    • TIG Welding (5 – 350 A AC/DC) — down to 0.5 mm (with filler or autogenous)
    • Spot Welding (Up to 20 kA) — down to 6 mm (3+3 mm)
    • Arc Welding (20 – 500 A) — down to 4 mm (practical lower limit)
